I would give 10 points. I was lucky with weather and could enjoy nice area around and in the evening I saw boats just through my window. Near the center - I didn't need to spend my money for transport or for taxi. I will recommend this place to all my friends. If I go to Riga next time, I would like to stay only there. It is near to all the major attractions of HOLD RIGA, and not so far from the most famous CLUBs. The apartment is fully equipped for provide you a nice stay, but I have to said that we never use the Kitchen (only for the café!!!!). "This is designer's place. Every single detail seems to have been thought in order to give the maximum of originality and modernity. With apparently no expenses saved. Darek, the owner, loves Italy and the studio is a proof of it. Yoy may well be in a stylish Milan apartment. It's a short walk from the Old Town, in front of the Ibis and Novotel. The street is virtually traffic free and the apartment is very calm. Fast wireless internet, Lcd wall tv with DVD and satellite. "Wood everywhere in this great blend of modern facilities and antique wooden furniture apartment. You feel far from the noise of the city and it's easy to pretend being from the 19th century nobility in here. The views include the top of the Wavel castle and some churches in the old town. The bathroom floors are heated, great thing in the winter. All you need is there, from the toaster to the washing machine to the hairdryer, so you won't have that "almost perfect" feeling. It is just perfect. I invited some friends over dinner and now they love me more than before. By the way, the kitchen was great to cook, there is even a child proof lock so children can't turn on the cooker. The 4/5 in location is due to the fact that there is no lift to reach the 3rd floor, not a problem for most but a minus for elder people. Also, it is right in the middle between old town and Kazimierz, which I found great, especially considering that Kazimierz is getting better everyday, but some may prefer to be here or there. It takes 2 minutes by foot to reach the middle of Kazimierz and about 5 to the old town. In the building there are 16 more similar apartments so it is great for groups. Downstairs there is a beautiful restaurant, the San Sebastian Café and also a night club, the Dolce Vita. What else to say? Totally Enjoyable."

L'appartement est très bien situé, a quelque minutes à pied du centre ville et des principaux monuments ! Rapport qualité prix, cet appartement est vraiment le top pour un week end à Prague entre amis (il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes) ; je vous le recommande vivement pour son emplacement, sa capacité d'accueil et pour l'accueil de Mirek. "This is a perfectly renovated apartment at the first floor (so you avoid the scary lifts so common in Minsk) of a popular but not huge building. The only slight disadvantage is the location: you need 2 metro stops to get in the center. But you are still very close to it and the walk from the metro won't take more than 5 minutes. On the folklorist side you are in a real place with real people living and real grandmothers selling stuff in the real cold mornings. Metro from the center is 360 rubles, converted in Euro that means: free. The taxi is about 9000 (3 euro), as long as the taxi meter is on. We visited a close by restaurant and it was like a jump in the soviet past. One of the highlights of our trip. The food was ok, the service very nice. So, the location is actually interesting. All the rest is a great 5, as it is brand new (if you are reading this in 2025, please note we have been there in November 2007). Aleksander is young, western minded and the perfect host: speaks good english, has a good attitude (don't take this for granted in a land where every smile must be deserved) and will answer to any question in a professional way (read: you won't ask yourself "am I asking too much? Does he want to go?", nor "ok, ok, when is he leaving, I want to take my shower now"). Flat screen TV would do with some non-russian content so we never used it and ADSL internet should be there soon. I do recommend this place."

"This is a great apartment in a superb location near the Great Crane and two minutes walk from the main pedestrian street. There were lots of nice bars, cafes and restaurants nearby - I highly recommend Cico on Piwna for chilled out cocktails. We were able to walk everywhere and it was very peaceful. A very spacious apartment for four people which was a home from home, we didn't want to leave! Next time I'm in Gdansk I'll stay here. There is also a double fold down couch bed in the living room if you wanted to sleep more."
