The apartment is conveniently situated at the heart of the City, a few minutes walk from the most popular part of Old Town; major shopping centre Viru Centre is nearby, all the best nightclubs are within walking distance. It is a freshly renovated 2-bedroom apartment 46 m2. The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms and small bathroom (1.5 m2). Two bedrooms are both equipped with 2 single twin beds which can easily be converted into double beds. The open living room has fully equipped kitchen, sofa and plasma display with cable-TV. Free wireless and LAN internet connection are available in the apartment. Linens, towels, hair-drier, smoothing-iron, ironing board, washing machine are all provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Kitchen: fully equipped, electric cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and other accessories, kitchen utensils, pants & pots; tea, salt & sugar Bathroom 1.5 sq.m.: shower, WC, wash-basin, hair-drier.

Prices include: change of linen once a week, change of towels once every 3 days, full cleaning after departure, water and electricity, cable TV, internet. The discount no valid for New Year from 23.12 to 09.01. Cancellation policy: If reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before arrival, no penalty will be charged an we will return you the deposit. But in case of reservation cancellation later than 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be returned.
