A spectacular panorama of the sea and the Old Town of Tallinn opens from the large window a modern One-Bedroom apartment in a new building (52 square meters). The apartment has a living room with an open and equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet.
There are double bed (160cm) and double sofa-bed in living room. An extra folding bed can be added. Bed linen, towels, free WiFi internet access, cable TV, washing machine, drying rack, refrigerator, iron are all at your service to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The house is located near the grand Kadriorg Park, where you can find the Presidential accommodation, the Art Museum and the Modern Art Museum KUMU, the museum of Peter the Great. Opposite of the building is the famous Song Festival Ground of Tallinn, one of the main symbols of Tallinn, where different summer events are held. On the opposite side of apartment house is City Tour bus stop (Sightseeing tour).
It is on distance a 5minutes by car or 8 minutes by Bus (a Bus stop is near to the house) from the Old Town. In the distance of 500m there is a walking avenue along the seaside leading to the Pirita beach. We offers:

| Comment: | Very good apartment, but there are few drawbacks. First, be careful with location, it is more than 1.5 km away from place shown on map at this website, and this error was not corrected, although I pointed it out to owner. So, the city center is 4 stops by bus. Living room did not have dark curtains, which is a bit disturbing, as it is on western side. You will receive unforgettable impressions from the transparent wall between bathroom and kitchen - a high flight of designer's idea:)! I'd suggest the owner to provide few more knifes at the kitchen. A bit noisy from the street, especially, if you want to sleep with windows open. Otherwise everything was nearly perfect, brand new building, clean, safe, friendly attitude from owner. |
