Well renovated stylish 2-Bedroom apartment 48 m2 in best place of Old Town. 1 minutes walk to Town Hall Square. Historical monuments, restaurants, night clubs, cafes, cinema and theaters are at the walking distance. House is a monument of architecture beginning 20 century. Apartment is on 4th floor. It is very quiet flat: apartment windows face the inner yard, so street noise will not trouble you in the nighttime. The apartment has a living room with fully equipped kitchen corner (electric cooker and an oven, refrigerator, the dishwasher, dishes etc.), two bedroom 9sqm and 7 sqm and a bathroom (there is a shower). There are double bed 160 cm large in one bedroom, the bed 120 cm large in second bedroom, double sofa-bed in the living room. Hot water, linens and towels, Wifi internet connection and cable TV, washing machine, hair-drier, smoothing-iron and ironing board are all at your service to make you stay as comfortable as possible. It is a NON smoking apartment. This apartment can accommodate up to 3 - 4 persons.

| Comment: | We collect European cities, once in a year we travel for a long weekend. This time we had chosen Tallinn (with a day trip over to Helsinki). Recently we prefer a flat prior to hotels. Old Town Classic-1 was a perfect 'base camp' for all our walks and excursions and a real good place to relax, thank you! |

| Comment: | It was perfect. My sister and I were there with our mother (83). Everyone had a room for herself. It was great that there was an elevator. And the location was great. | Comment: | I have been staying in the various apartments in Suur-Karja for a few years and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. It is so centrally located and the airport pick up service is really an extra plus. I have no reservations in recommending the flat and the service team behind it to anyone.Carry on with the good work. |

| Comment: | This is a great apt for Old Town, it is quiet, well located. It has been nicely furnished and the owners have lots of reference materials for Tallinn and they give you a very good orientation when you arrive. I will rent again when I come back to Tallinn. I would recommend this apt to the experienced traveler who wants a good quality place to stay with good value. We were met on time at Bus station and were delvered on time to airport. Owners attitude is very good!!. |

| Comment: | We stayed at this apartment for six nights in April, and could not have been happier. Especially worthy of note is the lovely Vlad, who picked us up from the bus station with a very warm welcome and was full of friendly and helpful advice for how to spend our time in Tallinn. The photos really don't do this apartment justice- it is wonderfully cosy and comfortable, and is really in a terrific location (only 1 minutes walk from the Old Town Square). We especially appreciated the bath and the very comfy bed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of staying in Tallinn- it's really fantastic value. |

| Comment: | We arrived with Easyjet from London Stansted and were picked up and dropped at Tallins modern airport by English-speaking manager Vladimir, very helpful, reliable and accurate, as we encountered for many young people in Estonia, which has rapidly modernized since 1991. We were astounded by Tallinns beauty, the old town is perfectly restored, presumably with EU money, and can easily compete with Brugge, but is apparently less known and pleasantly quiet. We highly enjoyed walking the old town, but also discovered a pleasant beach a 5-minute busride from the Veeru shopping centre/hotel/bus terminal. We also used the appartment as our central hub to discover the region, we did half a day Helsinki (30 Euro per person for a ferry return) and 4 days St Petersburgh (80 Euro for a night train return), both can be easily arranged from the travel agency Estravel across the road. Beware that a visum is needed for Russia and that the train crosses the border a day after departure, the Russians take you off the train even if your visum has expired by only a few hours! Then you have to sleep in Soviet hotel and go through a Kafkian procedure in an isolated border town and cross the border by foot…… So you can imagine how happy we were to be back in modern, efficient, democratic and English-speaking Estonia. We wish Vladimir and appartment owner Veera all the best, things should look good as Tallinns airport now has connections to 27 European cities. If you visit the Tallinn, also consider the winter months, the town must look great in the snow. We might come back ourselves, to see the Kadriorg Palace, the KUMU museum and maybe fly over to Kuuresaare on the Saarema islands to enjoy one of Estonia’s best known nature spots (a 40 minute flight in a 18-seated, around 60 Euro per person, see www.avies.ee). | Comment: | The only problem we encountered is the loud noise coming from the old town bars and restaurants which, on Friday night when we arrived lasted the entire night. There were people shouting and yelling which greatly disturbed our sleep. This is not the fault of the apartment owner, but perhaps authorities could be informed that so much disturbance is not good for people staying in hotels (paying much money) or living in the area. |
