Lovely 2-Bedroom delux Apartment in classical style 50 m2. The Apartmen is located in the most convenient place of Old Town, 1 minutes walk to Town Hall Square. Historical monuments, restaurants, night clubs, cafes, cinemas and theaters are at the walking distance. This house represents an architectural monument of the beginning of the 20 century. Apartment is on the 1 floor. The apartment has living room, two bedroom, a bathroom, open kitchen. One bedroom is divided into two levels with a beautiful stairs leading to the second level. The first level of this bedroom forms a small study and the second level has double bed 140cm large which children and young travelers especially like. Second level hight is 1.5 m. This room has no closed door in living room, the bedroom on second level doesn't have one wall, instead of the wall there is nice balustrade with an eye to living room. Two double beds are for your use and convertible extra bed, linens and towels, Wifi Internet connection, cable TV, washing machine, refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave, iron, dishes and other accessories. It is a NON-smoking apartment. This apartment can accommodate up to 3-4 persons.

| Comment: | Fantastic location close to all the sights and amenities. The apartment had everything that one would need for a short stay. Exceptionally clean. I did not have a problem with noise but my other travelling companions who had bedrooms near the kitchen/lounge area complained of noise from a club nearby and road noise and as a result they found it hard to sleep. We also had a problem with the lock from the door that let you out onto the stairwell it did not turn well but apart from this it was a fantastic place and I would stay here again. |

| Comment: | I have tried to be tough with the scores, but still gave mostly fives. I took away a point because there isn't an oven in the kitchen, but it is otherwise very well equipped. I took away a point from the bathroom because the shower, although it was clean and there was enough water, wasn't like a waterfall. These are very minor points. People have complained about the noise, but I found it very quiet. Friday and Saturday nights there is a bit of street noise, but quite okay. It's central and the streets are alive. Viktoria, who met me at the airport is very nice and friendly, and very knowledgeable. All in all, just great. I will certainly stay there again on my next visit. |

| Comment: | The appartment was very good, with an excellent location (300m from each of the old town, the National Theatre and a shopping complex with supermarket). The owner and agent (Vlad) were also very helpful and accommodating. The only problem (which is not of the owner's making) is that the appartment is too hot. We certainly recommend it. |

| Comment: | Just a few problems: the water from the tub (in bathroom and kitchen) came so hot that it was burning or the other alternative was cold only few drops. Otherwise we were happy with the appartment. (Owner Veera's reply: I have checked up all basin mixers myself in the apartment after this rating: all mixers function normally. These are basin mixers of "Gustafberg" company (Sweden) in and they regulate the temperature of water very well. I am not sure what happened, but I can assure that no guest before you ever had a problem with them and I am sure nobody will. I am just sorry you did not call us, we could have come and helped you. | Comment: | It was a very nice apartment, perfectly situated to the old town. We (as not real nightlife family) suffered however from a lot of nightlarm from drunken people. In front of the apartment is this nice little place with the fountain, and this was during our 5-days stay at nighttime an attractionpole for many drunken people (with a lot of noise). But this is the only minus. In general the apartment was first class!! |

Everything worked well and it was nice to have the kitchen equipped with some basics - salt and pepper, cooking oil, tea, washing up liquid etc. The airport transfers were very efficient and the handover information about the apartment was also very good. The bakery next door was handy not only for bread and cakes but also milk and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the apartment. |

| Comment: | Very nice modern place and good value for money! We were met at the airport by an english speaking guy (Vlad, I thing) - nice, warm, easy and very smooth welcoming. In 15 minutes we were already at the appartment, which is close to everything in the old town! We got explained about the town and the place. He was very helpfull. The appartment is very clean and newly renovated. It is bigger than it seems from pictures on the web. There are 2 rooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed (if required) in the "office" room, plus a couch in a living room (combined with kitchen). This gives an opportunity to have 2 bedrooms and an ordinary not messy living room. We really enjoyed our stay there, and I would recommend it to everybody going to Tallin - it's really good value for money even for young people/students. A dorm bed in a hostel costs 13 euros. Here you get it for 20 (if you stay for 5 nights), but the quality is 10 times better. It was certainly more relaxing than at a hotel. The only negative thing is that since the place is a the old town, there are a few casinos and night bars next door... So if you prefer sleeping with an open window (we lacked fresh air otherwise), be prepared to be woken up a couple of times during the night. That might not bother you, if you sleep deeply:) Or else, hope that it rains, then drunk people don't go outside:) Though, appartment is quiet as regards to neighbours. All in all, great stay, great city, thanks to Vlad! |
