Apartment Sauna Street-medieval-deluxe Rooftop
Super Deluxe rooftop apartment in the busy end of the Old Town, yet in a quiet side street. Only metres from Viru st Shopping and Karja st nightlife. Featured in Kodukiri home magazine for its interior design. Fully furnished with maximum comfort in mind (Sauna, Steam bath, Jaccuzzi, Fireplace, Airconditioning, multiple Bathrooms, Internet PC, Cable TV in multiple rooms, Dishwasher etc..). This is actually someone's second home, not one of those cheaply made rental places. Approved clients must pre-pay in full and provide a credit card guarantee. Absolutely no bucks/stag night parties or groups of young males allowed!
Please note that the comfort level is 8 people in this apartment, in 4 bedrooms. The maximum is 10 people, when the rollaway bed (bedroom) and the foldout bed (mezzanine) are counted in as well. There are 3 toilets in total (2 full bathrooms plus 1 small guest toilet) so no problems there.
3 bedrooms have Queen size beds and one bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have windows which you can open. All bedrooms have ducted ventilation system for a controlled, filtered supply of fresh air. One of the queen bedrooms has an ensuite, the others have to walk throu ...(more)

| Comment: | I have been responsible for organising trips for friends to visit some of the major cities of Eastern Europe for the past eight years. During this time we have visited Prague, Budapest, Bratislava, Krakow and Berlin. I can honestly say that this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. The quality of the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were excellent. The location could not be better and the attitude and helpfulness of the owner and manager was 100% I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to any medium or large sized group and can not wait to return. | Comment: | Great place to stay just in the spot, in the middle of beautiful city of Tallinn. We had a diverse group staying at Sauna street: 8 people with different needs, from grandmother to grandchildren. The place was like made for our purposes, could not have been better! Only one minus was that the drain in the sauna bathroom did not work properly when having shower, but that was the only minor thing we could think of. Thank you very much! |

| Comment: | There isnt a bad thing I can say about this apratment, the location is fantastic as you are central to the old town and the apartment itself was clean and finished to a high standard. Myself and my 5 friends all found the bedrooms very spacious and comftable. Both the owner and the agent were very accomodating and friendly. If you are ever considering visiting Tallinn I would strongly suggest you stay here. One word to sum it up, Perfect. |

| Comment: | This is a very nice flat in perfect location. Equipment in kitchen, living room and etc. all right and working very well. The only complaint I can think is that there has not been cleaning lately, there was some dust on floors and surfaces. This is anyhow not a major problem. Thank You. |

| Comment: | This apartment is amazing! If there is a better one in Tallinn for short term rental I'll eat my hat. The size of the rooms was fantastic and it had all the Mod Cons you have in your own House plus more besides (Including a sauna) The owner's representative was extremely helpful and explained all the amenities both inside the apartment and also recommended a great restaurant (Olde Hansa). All in all our stay in Tallinn was excellent helped in no uncertain terms by the apartment which was quite literally a home from home!! I can't recommend this apartment enough! |

Thankyou so much to Mark and Endel for being so very accommodating and for letting us stay in your fabulous apartment - we were so comfortable and were totally spoilt with the sauna, hot tub and amazingly equipped, beautifully presented pad - we LOVED it!! | Comment: | We were extremely satisfied with the apartment! The apartment has all you need including a nice jacuzzi and sauna, internet etc. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The only thing we missed were windows in the third bedroom. If we needed any help it was very easy to get in contact with Marks assistant, and the service was very good! |
