Apartment Seacoast Villa
The Seacoast Villa it is comfortable 2-floor guesthouse in the suburb on the Viimsi peninsula (it is private house). 300 meters away from the seashore; not crowded beach with playgrounds is located in 500 meters away. There is a SPA center nearby (health center where you can take refreshing and relaxing procedures), a Club-restaurant a la carte, Carting center, Bicycle and skating roads go 30 km along the seaside. The center (Old Town) is 20 minutes away by car or shuttle taxi (intervals 15-20min, ticket 1,6 EUR) or 25 minutes away by Bus.
Four guest rooms 12m2, 16m2, 20m2 on the 1st floor of villa are available for rent. The rooms are suitable for 2-3 persons (total maximum of 8 persons). Also Villa has a fire-place hall, kitchen/dining room, WIFI internet, digital TV, garden and bathroom. The bathroom is located in separate room near the living room; there are jacuzzi bath, WC, washing machine, hairdryer. Kitchen/dinig room: fully equipped, electric cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, kitchen utensils, kettle, tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt and sugar. You can use it. Free parking is available in the courtyard.
