| Comentario: | Lovely apartment, catered for our needs. Was a short but nice walk to the town centre. A shop close by selling groceries was nice. Very clean and well furnished. The owners were very helpful and kind. Would stay here again and reccommend staying here. |

| Comentario: | The only disappointment was that we had a 40 euro to pay because we checked in late in the evening, that I thought very strange as we were already paying for that evening. The driver that picked us up said we had the apartment until five on the last day and he would collect us for the airport, take the keys etc., but landlady called late the evening before we left (11pm Thursday) to say that we had to vacate the apartment by 12 and she would keep our luggage then take us to the airport, that cost us a further 10 euros, so that was a big disappointment to our holiday, I think we are possibly owed 50 euros by landlady. We were told there would be a late payment if we landed after 10pm but we actually landed before 9.30 so don't think it fair that we had that 40 euros added onto our bill. Also there had been an oven fire by the previous tenants in the apartment and there was still that smell when we arrived but no refund was offered for that. A bit disappointing as we were treating my mum to a holiday, she is in her 70's and wandering around Talling all afternoon in October can be cold, that was one of the reasons we decided on an apartment rather than a hotel. Veera's reply: Madam was mistaken, because she paid for the LATE CHECK-IN after 22:00 (no any arrival time of the plane) only 20 but not 40 Euro according to our rules (it is published on a site) which she have accepted during reservation. 40 euro was the deposit to guarantee the reservation. Madam has been informed in advance that reverse transfer costs 10 Euro. We would like to apologize again for the damage of the oven by the previous tenants in the apartment. Unfortunately Madam didn’t mention any positive aspects, in order to evaluate the apartment objectively, very friendly staff and very good price. But we believe that the comments of other visitors can help make a correct idea of our apartment. |

| Comentario: | Very good service from initial enquiry to being picked up at the airport.Representative was very warm, friendly and patient. Apartment itself was very clean and tidy, dad evertyhing what we needed. Kitchen just maybe a little on the small side and the stairs to go onto the 1st floor slighty tricky, but overall very good. Would definetly recomend. |

| Comentario: | Vera and Fleiks are excellent hosts and the flat is in an excellent location. I hope to use it again if it is available. It is 5-10 minutes from old town and virtually seconds to tram and bus connections. |

| Comentario: | We had everything we needed there. The apartment is newly renovated, and it is fully equiped. It looked very secure. One small inconvenient is the steep ladder. I personally had no problem with it and I liked it but if you have problems with climbing stairs, this might be an issue(also for kids). Plenty of space, close to the old town (10 minutes walk). It looked like a very safe place to stay. We felt very well in that appartment and I recommend it. |
