Comentario:	Stairs; just enough to smokers ; ) It was OK to us. Only one thing was missing, coffee maker. Space to nine person was okay; so the price was fine! Ainoa puute meille oli kahvinkeittimen puuttuminen, hinta/laatu ok kun huomioi asunnon koon, yhdeksän ihmistä (2 pientä) mahtui olemaan ihan hienosti, lapset tykkäsivät...

Comentario:	Very nice, quiet, spacious apartment, located in the superb part in Old Town. Clean and cosy, the apartment more then met our expectations. Very good value for money. Very friendly, flexible and helpful owner. Thank you, we had a really good time! I would recommend this apartment to others.

Comentario:	This was the best choice we made. We stayed in this apartment before and there were a lot of improvements in the apartment done since then. There were 7 of us staying in this time and there was enough space for all. 2 of us slept in each double room, and 3 people can sleep in the 3rd room. For the location you can't find a better one in the Old Town! Stunning views of the Old Town from the apartment's windows. Everything was provided in the apartment even washing liquid and conditioner, and even basic food ingredients were provided. Very professional and friendly service. Definitely coming back again!

Comentario:	The location of the apartment was very good. Close to old town. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was a bit smaller then i thought it would be and doesn't sleep up to 8 people as suggested. There are 2 bedrooms with small double beds but i 1 room had no door on it! No privacy for couples! The living room had a sofa bed for 2 people so i would say it sleeps 6 at a push. Apartment itself was very clean and toilet rolls and towels were provided and also washing up liquid and cleaning materias. There are wardrobes and drawers in one bedroom but none in the other. Was a very enjoyable holiday but other bedroom needs a door!!

Comentario:	If you are travelling by car, please make sure you are aware of parking places around. As it is Old town there are limitations, however one can find parking lots nearby (need to consider that free ones are usually full).

Comentario:	This is an excellent choice for a stay in Tallinn. Right in the centre of the old town, just a few minutes walk from all the main attractions, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. We could not have picked anything better! The owner and his helper were extremely efficient and we had absolutely no complaints. Although the apartment is on the fourth floor without a lift, this is not a problem unless you have serious mobility issues.

Comentario:	The location is excellent and views are beautiful from 4th floor! The apartment was suitable even for for 6 adults and 3 kids :) The owner Mike is very nice, helpful and flexible! Thanks for hospitality! We will come again and recommend this also to our friends!

Comentario:	Apartment and condition were as promised. Mike and his employees had great attitude and all communications were straight and smooth Our extra needs were taken into account with considerate approach. Location was just ideal for our group of Estonian culture friends. Neighbourhood is quiet but it's still in walking distance from restaurants and all the happenings.

Comentario:	Thank you Mike, Great apartment, we really liked it very much! Everything we needed was provided there, all appliances are in good condition. It is a very nice flat and for the condition we did not find any faults there and everything inside is looking great - nice atmosphere, and for us it was a great place to to stay there during the Holiday! We will recommend it to anybody, and definitely we will stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Comentario:	The location is excellent, really close to the resteraunts, bars and clubs. The appartment itself, has 3 seperate rooms, big enough to have 2 in each comfortably, or 3 if you dont mind a squeeze! The 4 flights of stairs may be a problem for less mobile people, but young fit men like me are OK. Mike the owner was very helpful, pleasant and understanding and you can be sure he will do his best to make your stay a good one. I would recommend anyone to stay at Old Town - Suur Karja.

Comentario:	This apartment is in the best location and is very clean. We had 5 guests which was a little tight especially as the sofa beds weren't too comfortable but the couch was. If you are meeting with a representative make sure you ring the bell when you arrive as there was a little confusion of where we were meant to meet. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Tallinn and as the apartment is right in the middle of the town it makes a perfect place to stay for the weekend.

Comentario:	This apartment is located in a good area, next to the center, very quiet, there is also a lot of place in the rooms. Exchanges with the owner mike were very pleasant. Ok only bad thing is the 4th floor without elevator, but to visit this town you don't need to come back to the apartment so many times a day. Is clear not a high top quality but it's clearely enough.

Comentario:	The apartment is great, although we couldn't connect to the internet and we had search for the place (and it was far enough) to park our car for free. and also that smell... The shower cabin coould be bigger, but we fit it. We had great time staying in this apartment and we surely come back :)

Comentario:	If: there would not be an apartement above, people there playing very loud Rockmusik for their afterparty from 4 in the moring till 9 o clock in the moring, saturday and sunday, that the beds are shakeing from the subwoofers, and if the kitchen drainage would not stink, same with the showerplace, than I would give more points, but point 1 is a real problem for people who wish good sleep anyway, very central place opposite the soprus big disco, good heating, bathfloorheating, wodden floor, not the newest beds, 3 rooms, very friendly owner, could leave later than 12 noon, but why a fridge in the sleepingroom?

Comentario:	We did not meet the owner, but he phoned us to check that everything was ok. The Tv did not work, and we missed a radio. The extra beds could be ok for children, but not for grown ups. We did not know where to put the garbage. We would like to come back some time!

Comentario:	The owner is really nice. Location is just great. Outside from one of the bedrooms is very noise (fridge inside of the bedroom, and night club below). The second bedroom is very quite with very nice big double bed.

Comentario:	- Very good value, especially for bigger groups, 7 people sleep fine. - Nice and clean rooms, good kitchen. - Location is near everything and in the evening you can enjoy the sounds of drunk finlanders singing daa-dirlan-daa down below. So close the windows if you want to sleep. :-) - Friendly and helpful owner. - 60+ TV channels. - Free "borrowed" Wlan from Domina City hotel (I wonder what's happening there..) is a nice bonus. - No elevator, you will lose some pounds running stairs to the top. ;-) - Will come here again. Comentario:	No toilet paper in the bathroom, which was not clean. Only one key for two guests. The bed-sheets were new still in the packaging. They did not smell so well.
